Your trades arrive on their own

The desktop widget reads the executions your platform already writes on your computer and rebuilds the trades you took — with fees and P&L, while the session is still open. No CSV to export, no file to drag.

  • Works with DeepCharts today — more platforms on the way
  • Scaled entries and exits merged back into one trade
  • Commissions and P&L worked out on every fill
  • Your widget notes attach themselves to the right trade

Needs the Windows widget. On every paid plan.

The widget reads what DeepCharts writes, rebuilds the trade with its fees, and attaches the note you took at 11:41.

Fills in, trades out

The widget watches the folder where your platform writes your executions, and puts back together the operation you actually took.

Scaled in, scaled out: one trade

Two contracts at 29,600, one more at 29,598.25, out in two pieces two minutes later: four rows in the platform, one trade in the journal — with the average prices, the commissions on every contract and the net result already worked out.

It happens during the session, not after it. When you close the platform, the day is already in the journal.

  • Partial fills merged back into the trade you took
  • Fees and P&L worked out from your broker rate
  • During the session, not at the end of it

You decide where every account goes

Autosync never guesses. The accounts it can see are listed on one page, and nothing comes in until you say where it goes.

Pick once, check the preview

The Autosync page lists the accounts the widget can see on your computer, each with its capital next to the name. You tell it which journal account each one belongs to. Until you do, nothing is imported — guessing where to put your trades would be worse than asking.

Before an account is linked, a preview shows what is about to come in: how many days, trades and fills, and the result read from the files. If it is not what you expected, you have not changed anything yet.

  • A preview before anything is imported
  • The capital next to every account name
  • Link in advance an account you opened but have not traded yet
  • Simulated accounts are marked, with a warning before they join the real ones

It reads files, and that is all it does

The least intrusive way there is to get your trades in: it looks, it does not touch.

It reads your files

The widget reads what your platform already writes on your computer. There is no broker login to hand over and nothing to install on the platform.

No password, no orders

It knows no broker password, places no orders and moves no money. Your account at the broker is exactly as it was.

The widget has to be open

It is the widget that looks in the folder — the same small window you already keep open while you trade.

The last seven days

Accounts you traded in the past week show up on their own. Older, dormant ones stay out of the way; one button looks further back.

At 11:41 you logged the setup in the widget.
At 11:43 the trade closed.
By then they were already one record.

Nothing counted twice

Switching from CSV to autosync should not cost you a day of cleaning up. It does not.

No duplicates

Already brought the same day in from a CSV? Autosync recognizes those trades and does not add them again.

Notes find their trade

What you log in the widget — setup, grade, risk in dollars, tags, the plan check — attaches itself to the right trade: same day, contract, direction and account, within 30 minutes.

Re-import

One button on the account reads its files again, whenever you want to be sure the journal matches the platform.

Where it works

DeepCharts today, more platforms on the way. Without the widget, the CSV you export from DeepCharts brings the same trades in, on every plan.

Without the widget, the CSV

No widget open, or on the Free plan? Export your trades from DeepCharts and drop the file into the journal’s Import CSV page.

Four steps, then one drag

With autosync on, none of this is needed: the trades are already in the journal. The CSV is the way in on the Free plan, or for a day you traded with the widget closed.

One thing to know: the export rounds the prices, so the P&L of a trade can be a few cents off the real one.

  • Open Trading → Strategy Report from the top menu
  • Pick the Broker and the Account, top left
  • Press Generate Report first, top right — without it the export comes out empty
  • Then Export CSV, right next to it, and save the file

It reads, it does not trade. Autosync looks at the files your platform already keeps on your computer. It does not know your broker password, it cannot place or close an order, and it never moves money. Which journal account a platform account goes into is always your call — until you make it, nothing comes in.

Stop exporting. Start reviewing.

Link your accounts once. From the next fill on, the journal keeps itself.
