The futures trading journal for prop firm traders

Your P&L tells you what happened. This tells you why

A trading journal built around review, not bookkeeping. Trades sync on their own, you see the patterns that keep costing you money, and you know your odds of passing the challenge — with a desktop widget that sits over your charts and holds you to your own rules.

Filling in a spreadsheet is not reviewing.

If nothing tells you what to change tomorrow morning, you are keeping records.

Nothing changed in the market. Something changed in you. The setup was the same one you took last week. What moved was the size, the hour, the patience. You are not missing a strategy. You are missing the record. Eighteen trades tell you more about your edge than eighteen videos ever will.
The problem

Most journals just store your trades

Three things go wrong with every journal that is only a place to write things down. They compound, and they all show up in the numbers before they show up in your head.

01

You never go back to it

Logging a trade after the close takes discipline you have already spent. A week later the reason you took it is gone, and the journal is a graveyard of numbers.

02

The same mistake, over and over

One bad habit — revenge entries, moving the stop, trading after 15:30 ET — quietly eats an entire good month. It is obvious in the data and invisible in the moment.

03

Rules you break by accident

Daily loss limit, max trades, consistency rule. On a prop account you do not get a warning before you blow it — you get an email after.

Leak Map

One habit was −$1,430. There are seven more.

The Leak Map puts every habit on the same picture and prices it. Not a feeling — a number, with the trades behind it.

What we do

You only live one of them. We make it readable.

Every trade is one step on one path. Delirium records the step, prices the habit behind it, and shows you the shape you are actually making — instead of the one you remember.

  • Record the trade, the note and the screenshot while it is still happening.
  • Price every habit in dollars, from your own fills — not from a feeling.
  • Test the fix before you take it into tomorrow.

The journal

Your fills, back as the trades you took

With autosync they arrive by themselves, or from a CSV export in one drag. Either way the journal rebuilds your real operations — partial fills merged back into the single trade you actually took, so 13 rows stop looking like 13 losses.

  • Autosync, or a CSV import with fills merged
  • Notes, screenshots and the day’s chart saved inside every trade
  • Grade each trade A+ to D — on execution, not on the outcome
  • Commissions worked out from the number on your broker portal

The coach

A trading coach that reads your own data

Not generic advice. The Coach scores your discipline out of 100 every day, tells you what to focus on this morning, and flags tilt, overtrading and revenge trading using thresholds you set for your own style.

  • Daily discipline score with a full breakdown
  • Tilt, overtrading and revenge-trade detection
  • 30-day comparison so you can see if it is actually working
  • Written review of your last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, on demand

Prop firms

Know if you will pass — before you find out

Track every prop firm challenge with its real rules: profit target, daily loss, trailing drawdown, consistency. Then run a Monte Carlo simulation on your own statistics to see the actual probability of passing.

  • Presets for the main prop firms, or your own rules
  • Trailing drawdown and consistency handled properly
  • Probability of passing, simulated from your history
  • Automatic status: on track, at risk, failed, funded

The fix

Find the leak, then backtest the fix

The Leak Map ranks what is draining your account and what is actually paying you — by setup, session, hour, day and mistake. The Backtester then replays your own history under a rule you are considering, so you know what it would have changed before you commit to it.

  • Leak vs edge, over 30, 90, 180 days or all time
  • Replay your history with "what if I had stopped after two losses"
  • Write the rule in plain English and let the app read it
  • Compare two setups head to head, with overlaid curves

The picture

A year of discipline, and the grade you earned

Every week you traded, colored by what it did to your account

The good stretches and the bad ones stop being a feeling and become a shape.

Loss Profit

A winning trade taken against your own plan is still a bad trade

Every operation gets a grade from A+ to D on how you executed it — so the score keeps improving even when the month is not.

You trade. The journal fills itself in.

The Windows widget reads the executions your platform already writes down and rebuilds the trades you actually took — during the session, not after it. Pick once which platform account goes into which journal account, check the preview, and that is the last time you think about it.

Works with DeepCharts today. More platforms are on the way.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

1

Bring your trades in

On a paid plan your trades arrive on their own; on any plan, drop in your broker CSV. Then add your prop challenges and setups.

2

Trade with the widget open

Log what you are thinking while you think it, and get told when you are about to break your own rules — not the day after.

3

Review, then change one thing

The Coach and the Leak Map hand you the single habit that is costing you the most. Test the fix in the Backtester and take it into tomorrow.

Every morning

Hello Trader opens the day for you

It is not a page in the menu — it turns up on its own the first time you open the journal each day, and puts together the three things you want to know before the platform: how yesterday went, how the market is positioned, and the note you left yourself.

Then it asks you for the rules you are holding yourself to today. Accept them and the widget checks them in real time while you trade. They use the same vocabulary as the Backtester, so the rules you set this morning are the ones you can simulate on your past trades tonight.

Questions

How do I import my trades?

With autosync on (every paid plan) they come in by themselves: the Windows widget reads your fills. On any plan, drop in the CSV you export from DeepCharts (Apex, Lucid Trading, My Funded Futures, IQ Capital and the other prop firms you trade there), or add trades by hand. More platforms are on the way.

Does autosync need my broker password?

No. The widget reads the fill files your platform already saves on your computer, and that is all it does: no password, no connection to your broker, no orders. It has to be open while you trade, and for now it works with DeepCharts only.

What do I see when I sign up?

A sample journal, already filled in, so every page shows real-looking data before you add a single trade, and a guided tour of the app. Both come with every plan, Free included.

Does it work on a Mac?

The journal does: it runs in the browser, on any computer. The desktop widget, and autosync with it, is a Windows app. You don’t need it: on a Mac your trades come in by CSV. The widget is for catching a thought the second it happens and being warned before you break your own rule, and it comes with both paid plans.

Can it track my prop firm challenge rules?

Yes. Pick a preset (Topstep, My Funded Futures, Apex, IQ Capital) or write your firm’s rules by hand: profit target, daily loss, trailing drawdown, minimum days, consistency. The Prop Tracker shows where you stand on each one and works out the status on its own. On the paid plans, 10,000 Monte Carlo runs on your last 90 trading days give you your odds of passing. The Free plan follows one challenge at a time.

Is this only for futures?

It is built around futures — contract sizes, tick values, prop firm rules and sessions all assume it. Other instruments work, but the parts that make this different were designed for NQ, ES and friends.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your journal is visible to you and nobody else: no public pages, no leaderboard, no sharing of your trades. The AI features, like the Coach’s summary, send the data they need to our AI provider to write it, as explained in the Privacy policy. You can export everything as a JSON file at any time, and delete your account whenever you want.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. When they open, both paid plans are month to month unless you pick the yearly price, and you can cancel any time. Your journal stays on the Free plan afterwards: anything above the Free limits (extra accounts, setups and notes) stays visible, read-only, until you upgrade again.

Does this give me trading signals?

No, and it never will. It analyzes trades you have already taken. It has no opinion on what the market is about to do.

Still have a question? Write to us

The trades are already telling you something.

Start listening, and find out what.

You know the night after a burned account: replaying every trade, swearing it won’t happen again. I’ve had plenty of those. Too much in my head, too many emotions, the same mistakes over and over, and a journal that never pointed them out. So I built one that does. Delirium Of Traders: D.O.T. Because at some point you have to put a full stop to it.
